1. General Returns and Exchanges
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return or exchange. After this time, we unfortunately will not be able to accept your request.
- Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.
2. Returns and Exchanges Procedure
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:
1. Contact us by email at support1@vivatelle.com, specifying your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for this request.
2. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with the necessary return or exchange instructions, including the return address.
3. Package the item you are returning carefully, making sure to include the invoice or a document showing the order number.
4. Ship the item to the address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
Once we receive the returned item, our team will review its condition. If the item meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund or exchange.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued within 2 days of receipt of the returned item. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
